Prove Them Wrong

I just received this message on Facebook and it reminded me a lot of what things were like in the past.

I would crave dope so bad, I'd sweat through my jeans and they'd be soaking wet.

I'd just shake and my legs wouldn't stop involuntarily moving over and over.

All I could do was smoke the cigarettes and say out loud, "Oh fuck, oh fuck, I wanna get high so bad, I wanna get high!!!"

I'd grind my teeth and pray and swear.

Kinda weird to pray and swear and smoke but that's all I could do.

That's all I could do.
